Plant Warranty
We warrant our nursery stock to be true to the name under which it
was sold. If proven otherwise, we will replace the stock or refund
the original amount paid.

We give no warranty, express or implied, to the productiveness or
longevity of nursery stock sold.

In no case shall we be liable for any
sum greater than the original amount received for the sale of the
material.

We have a volume discount for our customers.
The discount is based on purchases from Oct.1-Sept.30. The discount is figured yearly. Only regular catalog priced
material are eligible for discount.
